PASSES: Exhibitor Passes will not be issued because there are no entry fees.

ENTER BEFORE July 31st, 2017: Entry Forms can be found below and mailed to: Superintendent, Farm & Garden Department, P.O. Box 188, Timonium, MD 21094-0188. Or enter your Farm & Garden entries Online (Online Entry System closes July 31st @ 11:59PM)!

COMPUTER ENTRY TAG: For each exhibit you have pre-entered, a Computer Entry Tag will be ready when you arrive with your exhibits.

Exhibits for Sections A through G and I are received on Tuesday, August 22nd, 2017 from 1PM to 8PM and on Wednesday, August 23rd, 2017 from 9AM to 8PM  

Exhibits for Section H:
Christmas Trees are received on Saturday, August 19th, 2017 from 11AM to 3PM.

Exhibits for Section J: Flowers are received according to the schedule below.

First Flower Show - Potted Plants (J1-J108):  Monday, August 21st, 2017 from 3PM to 8PM or Tuesday, August 22nd, 2017 from 10AM to 8PM.
Second Flower Show - Gladiolus & Dahlias (J400-J494):  Sunday, August 27th, 2017 from 7:30AM to 11:30AM.
Third Flower Show - Roses (J301-J375):  Saturday, September 2nd, 2017 from 7:30AM to 11:30AM.
Fourth Flower Show - Fresh Flowers (J200-J291): Sunday, September 3rd, 2017 from 7:30AM to 11:30AM.

Exhibits in Sections A, B, C, D, F, and G will be judged on Thursday, August 24th, 2017. Sections H and J will be judged according to their individual arrival times. Section E will be judged on Saturday, August 26th, 2017.  Section I will be judged on Friday, August 25th, 2017.

JUDGES DECISION: The judges’ decisions are final. Judges have the right to reject any exhibit if deemed not worthy of an award, and judges also have the right to award a lower prize at their discretion.

TIES: In the event of a tie, each exhibitor involved will be awarded an appropriate ribbon. The exhibitors concerned will share the amount of money involved equally.

RIBBONS: Ribbons awarded to exhibits must be picked up at the time exhibits are released. Ribbons for exhibits donated to the "soup kitchen" will be mailed to the exhibitors.

EXHIBITS RELEASED:  Exhibits will be released on Tuesday, September 5th, 2017, from 9AM to 7PM.  Exhibitors must present the "Claim Check" from their computer entry tag to claim exhibits. All unclaimed exhibits become property of the Maryland State Fair.

EARLY REMOVAL: Exhibits removed before the official release time will result in forfeiture of ribbons and premiums.
